    We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of order and all transactions are handled securely.



    Delivery


    Orders are sent using Royal Mail or a tracked courier, depending on size. Most items are dispatched within 3–5 working days.



    Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. We don’t dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.



    Shipping Costs



    UK Delivery


    UK Standard Delivery is free. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days using Royal Mail or a tracked courier.



    International Delivery


    International shipping is charged at a flat rate based on destination:


    Europe – £12


    Rest of the World – £20



    Delivery times vary by country. Any customs charges, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.



    Returns


    If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging.



    To start a return, just email mearsworkshop@gmail.com with your order number.



    Faulty or Damaged Items


    If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible. We’ll sort a replacement or refund and cover any return postage where appropriate.



    A few final notes


    Custom or personalised items can’t be returned unless they arrive faulty. Please keep proof of postage when returning items, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit.

    • The Green Glasses Case is made of Full Grain Veg Tan Buffalo Leather Hide.


    • The Brown and Grey Glasses Cases are made of Chrome Tan Leather.
